Discernment is a term and theme which has been coming-up a lot lately for me. In my journaling session on the weekend (post meditation) I wrote the following:
Keep connected to your own heart, your own truth and your own intuition.
If you feel an “uneasiness” – be conscious – make a note (either mentally of physically).
Practice listening and hearing your intuition.
This will be your guide.
Do not ever follow any teacher blindly.
You must always “check in” with you and your heart.
Learn to know what is right for you and what resonates with you.
Your own personal discernment is critical. Otherwise you will be lead down another path, away from your own path and truth.
Keep your integrity too.
Share your truth and your perspective and encourage others to decipher their own truth, intuition and guidance.
It is not what the masses are doing.
It is not what your loved ones are doing.
It is what resonates and speaks with you and your own soul and life force.
Listen to your heart.
Listen to your soul.
Listen to your guidance.
Hear your thoughts.
Hear your intuition and know what is truth and what is a darker force.
I could write so much about “truth” and “sharing your truth” because…
This is my experience too.
I am both consciously and unconsciously moving through this today and every day.
Knowing when to share my truth.
Knowing when it’s ok to simply stand in my silent power.
Breathing through speaking my truth when it’s not popular or welcome.
Truth… I am so far from perfect in this area.
Truth… I have so much yet to learn.
Truth… Where I am at (and where you are at) is perfect.
