Banana “Paddlepop” Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls can be a great way to pack in some nutrients. This is a very easy recipe that can be edited to taste and seasons.
- Blend bananas and dates (and spinach and kale) in blender on speed high
- Blend until desired consistency
- Once smooth, add honey, turmeric powder, cinnamon, mushrooms and blend
- Blended with Thermomix or blender
Topped with home made granola, gojis, coconut shred, cranberries, pepitas, sunflower seeds.
***Add spinach and kale for extra green goodness (a great way to get more green veggies into the kids!)
